I think that every medical student MUST attend at least ONE funeral service of a patient that they had clerked and examined, before they are allowed to graduate.
This will make them see personally that the patient is NEVER a "case" but a human being with family, loved ones and frens, and our decisions affect not just the patient but an entire clan of people.
This blog is a gesture of appreciation of the sessions we had with Dr Wong during our bedside. We want to share his knowledge, thoughts and intelligence he imparted to us to whoever interested. The site is maintained by members of Group D (Monash Johor 2008).
